Unelected and Unhinged - How Rogue Judges Are Sabotaging the Republic

It is time to wake up, the Trump agenda is under attack, and the front lines are not in Congress, they’re in the courtroom.

The American republic is under siege, not by foreign invaders or armed insurgents, but by a cabal of unelected federal judges, handpicked by leftist presidents, who have morphed into judicial tyrants. These black-robed activists are staging a slow-motion coup against President Donald J. Trump, chipping away at his executive powers with every gavel strike. Their mission? To paralyze the President Trump agenda, derail the will of the electorate, and serve as the last bastion of a crumbling Democratic Party desperate to cling to relevance. As conservative firebrand Clay Travis has astutely speculated, these judicial overlords aim to stall the Trump train until the 2026 midterms, betting on chaos and fatigue to flip the script.

Let’s call it what it is: a power grab by a branch of government never meant to wield such unchecked influence. The Constitution vests executive authority in the president—not in the whims of lifetime-appointed judges who fancy themselves philosopher-kings. Yet, from coast to coast, these leftist relics of the Obama and Biden eras are issuing injunctions, blocking orders, and rewriting laws from the bench. Take, for instance, the absurd spectacle of a federal judge—like Judge James Boasberg ordering President Trump to turn around a plane load of criminal aliens being deported mid-flight. This is an unprecedented overreach into the president’s operational authority, as if a single jurist can dictate logistics from 30,000 feet. . Worse, Boasberg should’ve recused himself—his daughter, Katherine Boasberg, works for Partners for Justice, a nonprofit flush with government grants that champions criminal defense and opposes mass deportations and anti-gang laws. The stench of conflict of interest is overpowering, yet he ruled anyway, tainting the bench’s credibility. Or consider the ruling by Judge Emmet Sullivan forcing the rehiring of entrenched bureaucrats at USAID, employees President Trump sought to axe and streamline a bloated agency.

These aren’t legal decisions; they’re political salvos aimed at preserving the swamp President Trump vowed to drain.

The evidence is glaring. Look at the Ninth Circuit, America’s poster child for judicial overreach where Obama appointees churn out rulings so predictably partisan, they read like DNC press releases. Or consider the flurry of nationwide injunctions from district courts, a tactic once rare but now a weapon of choice for the resistance. These judges aren’t interpreting the law; they’re inventing it, all to kneecap a president they despise. Their decisions drip with sanctimony, cloaked in legal jargon, but the intent is clear: undermine President Trump’s authority and delay his agenda until the midterms.

This is judicial tyranny, plain and simple—and every patriot knows it. Clay Travis nailed it when he suggested this is the Democrats’ new playbook. With their party in disarray—leaderless, ideologically adrift, and rejected by voters in 2024—they’ve outsourced their opposition to the judiciary. These judges are no longer impartial arbiters—they’re the face of the Democratic Party, a shadow government of elitists betting that if they can just hold the line until 2026, they have a chance as remote as it is.

The stakes couldn’t be higher. President Trump’s election was a mandate, a roar from millions of Americans fed up with coastal elites and their institutional gatekeepers. Yet these judges, insulated from accountability, thumb their noses at democracy itself. They don’t answer to voters. They don’t face term limits. They sit in their marble chambers, issuing edicts that drown out the voice of the people. If this isn’t a coup, what is?

It’s time to fight back. The stakes are high. President Trump’s landslide was a slap in the face to the Democrats and their permanent bloated bureaucracy, yet these district judges scorn that mandate from their unassailable perches. Here’s the kicker: only the Supreme Court is enshrined in the Constitution. Article III makes no mention of district courts. They exist at Congress’s pleasure, and Congress can leash them—impose term limits to end their lifetime fiefdoms of judicial activism, shrink the scope of their rulings to stop these absurd nationwide edicts. These judges aren’t untouchable; they’re overreaching, and it’s time to slap them back.

President Trump should call them out by name, rally the base, and expose this charade for what it is. The left wants to delay the inevitable, but the Trump Train doesn’t run on their schedule. The American people elected a president, not a politburo of judges. It’s time to remind these unelected despots who really have the power in this country. The battle is here, and it’s ours to win. Call your Senators and Representatives. Stand with President Trump. And let’s take our country back—one court at a time.
