Biden's Final Act Mocking the Constitution and Cementing His Legacy of Betrayal

January 21, 2025 - Joe Biden spent four years trampling on the Constitution, weaponizing the justice system, and eroding the very foundations of American democracy. But in his final hours in office, he went one step further—he torched it. With a sweeping abuse of executive power, Biden handed out pre-emptive pardons like candy on Halloween, shielding his political allies from accountability before any investigations even had a chance to begin.

This isn’t clemency—it’s corruption at the highest level.

Let’s be clear: Biden’s pardons of Gen. Mark Milley, Dr. Anthony Fauci, Liz Cheney, and every single member of the sham Jan. 6 committee wasn’t about protecting “justice.” They were about rigging the system in favor of the ruling elite, ensuring that the deep state actors who waged war against the American people walk away scot-free. And he did it all under the nauseating guise of “protecting democracy.”

Biden claims he acted to prevent politically motivated prosecutions. But since when does the rule of law only apply to one side? For four years, Biden’s DOJ harassed and persecuted conservatives with Soviet-style tactics. They raided homes, arrested pro-life activists at gunpoint, and even prosecuted Trump over political speech. Did Biden issue pardons for them? No. Instead, he weaponized the very institutions he now claims to be defending, using the full force of the federal government to crush his opponents while shielding his cronies from any consequences.

Biden’s entire presidency has been a masterclass in projection. He warns of Trump’s supposed plans for “retribution” while ensuring that the people who waged a relentless political witch hunt against Trump never face the consequences of their own actions. If that’s not the definition of corruption, what is?

It’s no surprise that Milley was on Biden’s list of handouts. This is the same general who reportedly told China he would warn them if Trump launched an attack—an act that smells an awful lot like treason. Fauci? The man who played god with public health policy, lied to the American people, and oversaw policies that destroyed lives and businesses while he sat atop a mountain of taxpayer-funded royalty payments. Liz Cheney? A turncoat who spent years carrying water for the left while masquerading as a Republican. These aren’t “heroes.” They’re the architects of deceit, and Biden just handed them all a free pass.

The inclusion of the entire Jan. 6 committee is just as telling. That kangaroo court wasn’t about justice—it was about silencing political opponents and rewriting history. Now, its members get to walk away without fear of accountability, thanks to Biden’s parting gift.

Of course, this isn’t Biden’s first abuse of the pardon power. Earlier in his presidency, he took the unprecedented step of pardoning his own son, Hunter Biden, shielding him

from any real legal consequences for his years of influence-peddling, shady foreign

business deals, and tax evasion. That pardon alone should have been a national scandal, yet the media brushed it aside as if it were routine. Now, with his final wave of pardons, Biden has cemented his legacy—not as a protector of democracy, but as the most corrupt, self-serving president in American history.

In the end, Biden’s presidency will be remembered for its hypocrisy and outright disdain for the American people. This is a man who spent his time in office demonizing half the country as threats to democracy while bending every rule in the book to protect his own.

And now, as he slinks off into political irrelevance, he leaves behind a justice system that operates on a two-tier standard—one for the ruling elite and one for the rest of us.

Biden’s last-minute pardons weren’t just a disgrace—they were the final, desperate act of a man who knew his legacy was nothing but failure and corruption. And if that weren’t enough, his worst pardon came at the very last moment—while Donald Trump was taking the oath of office, Biden quietly absolved his siblings and their spouses of any potential crimes, ensuring that his own flesh and blood would never be held accountable for their misdeeds. This was the ultimate middle finger to the American people, a final act of cowardice and lawlessness from a man who never deserved to hold power in the first place. History will not be kind to Joe Biden. He leaves office not just as a failed president, but as a disgrace to the very principles this nation was founded on. The only question that remains is whether justice will ever catch up to him and his corrupt dynasty.

With President Donald Trump now inaugurated as the 47th President of the United States, our nation stands at a pivotal crossroads. The previous administration’s actions, particularly the last-minute pardons shielding political allies and his own family from accountability, have left a stain on our democracy. President Trump will seize this moment to restore integrity, uphold the rule of law, and ensure that justice is applied equally to all. I am 100% confidant he will make this a priority. The American people demand and deserve leadership that prioritizes transparency and accountability, setting a course toward a more just and unified nation.
