Not a lot of big surprises in November 14 games

November 14, 2024 – Both Alabama and Auburn paid woefully outmatched out of conference opponents to come to their stadiums to take a beat down. Both teams won their tune up games as they prepare for the homestretch of the SEC schedule. LSU continued its plummet into the abyss with another loss while Tennessee lost a game it needed to win to control its own destiny in getting a berth in the 12 team college football playoff.

The SEC games of the week of November 14 were:

Texas at Arkansas – Texas won 20 to 10

ULM at Auburn – Auburn won 48 to 14

Mercer at Alabama – Alabama won 52 to 7

Tennessee at Georgia – Georgia won 31 to 17

Missouri at South Carolina -South Carolina won 34 to 30

Murray State at Kentucky -Kentucky won 48 to 6

LSU at Florida – Florida won 27 to 16

New Mexico State at Texas A&M - Texas A&M won 38 to 3.

The Alabama Gazette panel are: Brandon Moseley, Luisa Reyes, Sam Adams, Harry Still III, Christopher Peeks, and Perry O. Hooper Jr.

Brandon correctly picked Texas over Arkansas, Auburn over beat ULM, Alabama over Mercer, Georgia over Tennessee, South Carolina over Missouri, Kentucky over Murray State, Florida over LSU, and Texas A&M over New Mexico State. Brandon was 8 and 0 on the week and 87 and 22 on the season.
