Alabama Gazette panel makes November 16 SEC picks

The end of the SEC season is now within sight. Both Alabama and Auburn are at home. Alabama plays Mercer, before they conclude the SEC schedule with Oklahoma and Auburn. With just two losses and favored in their last three games Alabama is well positioned for making a playoff berth. Auburn faces University of Louisiana at Monroe today then Texas AM before concluding this disappointing season with Alabama in Tuscaloosa. Auburn is unlikely to be going to a bowl this season.

The SEC games this week are:

Texas at Arkansas

ULM at Auburn

Mercer at Alabama

Tennessee at Georgia

Missouri at South Carolina

Murray State at Kentucky

LSU at Florida

New Mexico State at Texas A&M

The Alabama Gazette panel are: Brandon Moseley, Luisa Reyes, Sam Adams, Harry Still III, Christopher Peeks, and Perry O. Hooper Jr.

Brandon is picking Texas over Arkansas, Auburn to beat ULM, Alabama over Mercer, Georgia over Tennessee, South Carolina over Missouri, Kentucky over Murray State, Florida over LSU, and Texas A&M over New Mexico State.

Luisa picked Texas, Auburn (“I'll give them a chance this week.”), Alabama – “Roll Tide!” Georgia, Missouri, Kentucky, LSU, and Texas A&M.

Sam picked Texas, Auburn, Alabama, Georgia, South Carolina, LSU, and Texas A&M.

Harry picked Texas, Alabama, Auburn, Georgia, South Carolina, Kentucky, LSU, and Texas A&M.

Perry is picking Texas, Auburn, Alabama, Georgia, South Carolina, Kentucky, LSU, and Texas
