It is hard to believe that we are already at week nine of the Southeastern Conference football season. We have another exciting week of games – games that will separate the contenders from the pretenders. Auburn is still looking for its first SEC win of the year. Alabama is at .500 in the conference and looking at possible playoff elimination this week.
The SEC games of the week are
Ole Miss at Oklahoma
Arkansas at Mississippi State
Missouri at Alabama
Auburn at Kentucky
Texas at Vanderbilt
LSU at Texas A&M
The Alabama Gazette football panel are Brandon Moseley, Luisa Reyes, Sam Adams, Christopher Peeks, Perry O. Hooper Jr. and Harry Still III.
Brandon Moseley is picking Ole Miss over Oklahoma, Arkansas over Mississippi State, Missouri over Alabama, Kentucky over Alabama, Texas over Vanderbilt, and LSU over Texas A&M.
Luisa is picking Oklahoma over Ole Miss and Arkansas over Mississippi State; and Alabama over Missouri. She is also picking Kentucky to beat Auburn.
In the Texas versus Vanderbilt game Luisa said, "This will be a real test. If the Vanderbilt quarterback is as stellar as he's been being, I say Vanderbilt."
Luisa is predicting LSU over Texas A&M.
Perry is picking Ole Miss, Mississippi State, Alabama, Auburn, Texas narrowly over Vanderbilt- "but it will be by a small number," and Texas A&M.
Sam is picking Ole Miss, Mississippi State, Alabama, Auburn, Texas, and LSU.
Christopher is picking Ole Miss, Arkansas, Missouri, Kentucky, Texas, and Texas A&M
Harry is picking Ole Miss, Arkansas, Missouri, Auburn, Texas, and LSU
