Trump leads Harris in four out of last five Michigan polls.

October 4, 2024 - Michigan - More bad news out of Michigan for the Harris campaign. The same day, Trafalgar, the second most accurate polling organization from 2020 according to 538, released a poll showing Kamala Harris trailing Donald Trump by 2 points. Mitchell Communications released a similar survey. In this one, the former president leads by 1%.

Four out of the last five polls from the Great Lakes State have Trump on top. Last week, Rep. Slotkin expressed her concerns about the Harris campaign in Michigan, stating her internal numbers “showed Harris underwater.”

The underlying numbers reveal a more ominous sign for the Harris campaign. Fifty-six percent of Michigan voters say they are worse off than four years ago.

Biden won Michigan in 2020; but Trump won it in 2016. Michigan has 15 electoral college votes.

There are only 34 days until America decides, and Michigan is a must-win for Harris.
