(August 2, 2024) Can the Democrats be sued for false advertising?

They’ve completely abandoned “democracy“ for the third Presidential cycle in a row, so I think they should be forced to rebrand themselves to reflect what they actually stand for.

Donorcrats? Elitocrats? DeathToAmericrats?

Surely there’s a Consumer Protection statute or six out there that applies. Or, could be made to apply under the Bragg Precedence (namely, we don’t need a crime to charge you for…something or other).

In case you’ve forgotten: In 2016, the Hillary Clinton campaign used the DNC’s massive debt (left over from Obama’s 2012 campaign) to seize control of the party’s fundraising and day-to-day operations in August, 20 15. No less a Democratic luminary than Donna Brazil herself commented this wasn’t illegal but “it sure looked unethical.”

This unprecedented move allowed the Clinton campaign to control the party’s apparatus and day-to-day activities, and likely rigged the primaries in Clinton’s favor against Bernie Sanders.

In 2020, Bernie came back with a vengeance, with his supporters smelling victory at long last. Then the Iowa Democratic Party's caucus app crashed on the night of the caucus, Jim Clyburn delivered the South Caroline Black vote to Biden, and by Super Tuesday almost every other candidate—Bootyjuice, Klodhopper, et al—except Biden had dropped out, leaving it a two-man race that Biden won handily.

Nothing to see here. Move along people.

Of course, Bernie didn’t go home empty-handed. Remember the “Biden-Sanders Unity Plan?” In brief, Joe and Dr. Jill got to play POTUS & FLOTUS, Bernie’s uber-lefty agenda would be the order of the day, and Barack would get his third term, without the grief of having to be in the spotlight. Susan Rice went quietly into the White House as Barack’s inside girl & point person, and everything was copacetic in Democrat-landia.

Just as an aside, the Biden/Sanders/Obama agenda is a large part of why the nation is in such dire straits. Trashing Trump’s policies with a flurry of “just sign it, Joe” Executive Orders, the Green Raw Deal, Build Back Bogus and Crony Infrastructure bills—the hits just kept on coming. The wide-open border let millions of new Democrat voters flood in, to help them carry on the “fundamental transformation” of America into a third-world excremental void.

Now, it’s 2024. RFK Jr. tried to challenge Biden in the Democratic primaries, but he was refused at every turn. Not even his name and family legacy could alter the elite’s decision to keep Biden on the ticket. When the old demented sock puppet crashed and burned in late June, and all the lies about Biden being “fine” and “as sharp as he ever was” came tumbling down? No problem! One coup later and presto! We’ve got the DEI-hire Vice President ready to go!

Thursday, the Democrat delegates—who were elected as “Biden” delegates (except for those who weren’t, like those 81 “appointed” Alabama delegates)—began voting for the only Democrat to qualify under the party’s new, special 2024 rules.

That person, who received exactly ZERO votes for President in any Democratic primary? Kamala Harris.

Interestingly enough, the Democrats are absolutely focused on the integrity of the process of selecting their nominee. From their Announcement of the Rules Changes:

“Each delegate will receive a personalized virtual roll call voting form. When returned, it will be verified and tallied. Each roll call form has a range of security features to establish the authenticity and accuracy of each vote. Clear instructions and technical support will be provided to Delegates.”

Compare that to their rabid insistence that any form of voter ID in any regular election is “voter suppression” and racist and bigoted and hate speech and trans-phobic and…and…and….

I guess they only care about the veracity and validity of the ballots when it’s their party on the line. Even when they only have one candidate who’s allowed to be on the ballot, the Dems aren’t taking any chances.

It’s not blatant hypocrisy if it’s the Democrats doing it, right?

With Kamala’s anointing to replace the previously-anointed Biden, the Democrats are now 3 of 3, if not 4 of 3 (Biden to Harris ought to count twice) for rigging their primaries and processes to make sure the “right” candidate got the nomination, voters be damned.

As Hillary said, “people make bad choices.” Why bother to take the risk they might make a bad choice for President? After all, just look what those Deplorable MAGAs did, choosing Donald J. Trump over perfectly respectable Establishment RINOs!

The Democrats are as unashamed about abandoning democracy as they are about everything else they say and do. And why should they be? The media are all-in for them—witness how suddenly Kamala is everywhere, and her praises are being sung to high heaven. “Welcome to Kamalot” New York Magazine’s cover proudly screams. In the space of a few days, she’s gone from being less popular than Biden to “energizing Democrats.”

The memo has obviously gone out, along with the email to Google to wipe her record and all criticism of her from the internet.

Kamala’s (obviously fudged) poll numbers are skyrocketing, while the only way she can bring people in for events is to have a mega-popular rapper headline for her, with free admission. Otherwise, she can’t fill a high school gym in a blue state.

Yes, people started leaving in Atlanta when Kamala started talking, after Megan Thee Stallion performed. Need I say more?

For a brief, bright and shining moment, it looked like the media was going to wake up and reassert its independence. Right after the debate, some anchors and commentators were taking the Democrats to task for hiding Biden’s condition for so long, questioning Harris’ part in the coverup, and honestly asking if she was capable of doing the job if Joe was 25th-ed (or worse).

Pity that didn’t last.

Now we’re back to business as usual. The Democrat elites and donors have selected their candidate—a new sock puppet to read the lines off the teleprompter, sign what’s put in front of her, and let the important people continue running the show behind the scenes. The media and Big Tech have been given their orders, and the Fix is going in even as you read this. By Election Day, there will be enough “too close to call” or “Kamala slightly ahead” polls to make the planned steal semi-plausible.

That is what the Democrats have been working towards for the last three and a half years—another election steal just like 2020. They've had plenty of help, not least from the Establishment RINOs and other Never Trumper scum, but they’re the ones with the most to gain or lose if we have an honest election in 2024.

The Democrats see the people supporting Donald J. Trump as a “threat to our democracy.”

Given how they act, I’m wondering if any Democrat actually knows what “democracy” is?
