The University of South Alabama baseball team lost their first round Sunbelt Conference tournament game to Old Dominion 3 to 2.
The USF Jaguars got out to an early first inning lead when Micah Morgan had a single that led to an RBI scoring Will Turner.
Turner bunted Tyler Borges home in the top of the fifth inning.
ODU responded with a two-run home run.
ODU scored again in the sixth inning to take the lead.
South Alabama's Head Coach is Mark Calvi.
"Great college baseball game, two pretty solid clubs," said Calvi. "We just came up a run short. Congratulations to Finny (Chris Finwood) and his team. They survive in advance, and our season's over, but super proud of our guys."
The Sunbelt Conference Tournament continues in Montgomery on Wednesday.
