Alabama baseball to play South Carolina in SEC tournament today

The SEC baseball tournament has begun and the University of Alabama, the number 7 seed in the tournament, will begin play at 1:00 p.m. CDT against the number 10 seeded South Carolina Gamecocks.

SEC tournament action has already begun with the University of Georgia playing LSU.

Alabama closed out the season with a series in Auburn. The Tide won the third game on Saturday12 to 6 over the Tigers; but lost games 1 and 2 in the series on Thursday and Friday.

Alabama is 33 and 21 overall on the season and 13 and 17 in the SEC.
