UAB baseball to play South Florida

The UAB baseball team will play the University of South Florida on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. This will be the last series before the American Athletic Conference tournament starts on Tuesday, May 21.

UAB is currently in 5th place in the conference, tied with three other teams. South Florida comes into the series in eighth place with a 25 and 27 record and 11 and 13 in the conference. The top eight teams in the conference will play in the American Athletic Conference tournament in Clearwater, Florida so winning this series is important.

The Blazers won a series against Memphis last week.

UAB a 24 and 26 record overall and 11 and 13 record in the conference. Casey Dunn is the UAB head coach.
