News from the Autauga County Sheriffs office

The Autauga County Sheriff's Office participated with Law Day for many 2nd graders from Autauga County public and private schools on Friday April 7, 2017.

The kids are greeted by Sheriff Sedinger and escorted to the Courtroom to watch the mock trial between Mr. Pig and the Big Bad Wolf. It is fun for all who participate and watch. The children also get to visit with Eddie Eagle and McGruff the Crime Dog, as well as get their fingerprints made, visit with the Prattville Police and Fire Departments and with the agencies from the Courthouse. Law Day would not be possible without the event organizers: Kelly Lee, Judge Joy Booth, and Kim Kervin. Thank you to all ladies for all you do to support the children of Autauga County!
